Constantine or Christ?

"On the venerable day of the Sun [SUNday] let the Magistrates and the people residing in the cities rest, and let all workshops be closed."
Edict of Constantine A.D. 321

I have yet to be shown any historical record of such a command regarding Saturn day. It's evident to honest observers that those who foolishly continue to follow Constantine and keep pagan SUNday, rather than follow Christ and keep the holy Sabbath, also swallow hook, line and sinker pagan Easter and pagan Christmas (and other unclean doctrines of idolatrous men) like the spiritual drunks and whores they are, inviting disaster upon our nations.

Constantine or Christ? Sabbath or SUNday? What a choice!

For in your Easter bonnet...

For in your Easter bonnet...
By Harold Way - Tuesday, April 14, 2009

In the gospel of Luke, chapter 24, one can find the story of Jesus, after His resurrection, joining two others traveling to a village named Emmaus, which was located some seven miles outside of Jerusalem.

Based on this biblical Passover event, centuries later a tradition arose of taking a walk after Easter Sunday church services. A group of people would walk into the fields, into the forest or wooded areas and into town (cf. Mark 16:12). At certain spots they would stop to pray and sing Easter songs. The walk was normally led by someone carrying a lighted candle. Farmers in Germany and Austria usually adorned their horses with flowers, ribbons and leaves before riding in the Easter procession.

In Poland the processions were called, “Emmaus Walks,” and there were Easter Monday picnics held in “Emmaus Groves.” Other related beliefs and practices sprang up through the years. Some considered it “bad luck” not to wear something new on Easter. The poorest males would try to have something new—if only a shoestring—and the girls would look diligently for a piece of new ribbon to wear in their hair.

One item of clothing received more attention than all the rest combined. That was the “Easter bonnet.” Each year, Easter Sunday was the time to go to church and show off your new Easter bonnet. Ladies would save money and even work extra jobs to ensure that enough money would be available to buy a new hat for Easter. They would go to great extremes to gain attention and praise during their stroll down the “avenue.” Some bonnets were designed to resemble very large baskets of fruit or flowers and were worn upside down.

Today, the tradition continues—and many cities hold annual Easter parades. There is a popular song played and sung during this society’s Easter season: “put on your Easter bonnet with all the frills upon it, and you’ll be the grandest lady in the Easter parade.”

What does this tradition, with its overt vanity and pride, have to do with Christ’s death and resurrection? Absolutely nothing at all. It is all self-aggrandizement, “the pride of life” (1 John 2:16). Please read our Tomorrow’s World article, “What Is Hidden by the Holidays?

Some individuals go to church just once a year, on Easter Sunday, and the Easter bonnet is a motivating factor. Once the bonnet is worn it may be discarded, becoming just another hat. Then a mad rush is made the following year to obtain a new eye-catching bonnet.

Easter and Christmas are considered the most important occasions on the religious calendar of this world’s professing Christianity. As with Christmas, many traditions have sprung up surrounding the similarly pagan Easter holiday.

Jesus Christ very plainly condemns replacing God’s commands with human traditions (Mark 7:6–9). He frequently admonished the Scribes and Pharisees for adding practices to God’s way of life that obscured the intent of His instructions. He also admonished them for their works, which were done to be seen by men (Matthew 23:5–7).

In similar manner, is this not the true motivation behind showing off one’s Easter bonnet? Instead of producing out-flowing, godly character, these traditions direct attention toward the self and promote vanity, covetousness, pride and competition.

Easter, Easter bonnets, Easter parades, rabbits, dyed eggs—all these have their roots in pagan practices, sanitized to play a part in supposedly "Christian" worship. But God warns those who say they follow Him not to use any pagan practices in His worship (Deuteronomy 12:30–32). To understand how He wants you to worship Him, read our booklet The Holy Days: God’s Master Plan.

Tree of Liberty?

The Tree of Liberty Chained to Traditions
The real Jesus, Yeshua, caused DIVISION among the religious people of His day. His true servants continue to rile the self-righteous today who hate the plain truth they dare to share, comfortable in their traditional darkness, hating the light that exposes their unclean religion.

Matthew 10
34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ 37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

As I posted on The Tree Of Liberty forum, after they cowardly locked several threads of mine (like God hates Easter! and Cursed for Easter?), before they hatefully banned me:

Yeshua couldn't post here
Apparently Yeshua, the Prophets (especially Elijah) or the Apostles could post here without getting their threads locked. Anybody who objectively reads the Word of God and compares it to my two locked threads will acknowledge this is the plain truth. No wonder Paul asked, "Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth"? The difference is, the Corinthians learned from the tough love he dared to share with them and took it to heart - they didn't harden their hearts or remain in denial, living a lie after it had been exposed, but the truth set them free to go and grow and sin no more.

Is the Plain Truth Too Strong?

Isaiah 30:9-11
9 These are rebellious people, deceitful children [1 John 2:4], children unwilling to listen to the LORD's instruction.10 They say to the seers,"See no more visions!"and to the prophets,"Give us no more visions of what is right!Tell us pleasant things, prophesy illusions.11 Leave this way,get off this path, and stop confronting uswith the Holy One of Israel!"

Cursed for Easter?

Will God Curse Our Countries For Easter?

"You don't celebrate Easter?" Well, not any more.

1 Peter 4:3-5
For we have spent enough of our past lifetime in doing the will of the Gentiles—when we walked in lewdness, lusts, drunkenness, revelries, drinking parties, and abominable idolatries. 4 In regard to these, they think it strange that you do not run with them in the same flood of dissipation, speaking evil of you. 5 They will give an account to Him who is ready to judge the living and the dead.

I realize that those who are still drunk on the wine of the Babylonian Mystery religion (incorporated into the Roman Catholic Cult as brought out in The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop) don't appreciate or comprehend those who are now SOBER and happy to be free from idolatrous traditions for the plain truth of the Bible and history. Truly, the vast majority of religious people constitute a nation of drunks and whores.

The Sabbath-keeping Church of God rejoices in the knowledge and glorious plan of salvation for all mankind that the biblical festivals, the holy days that our Great Creator God has ordained portray -- no longer falling for the hollow days of pagan Rome, pimped by Roman wolves in sheep's clothing, false father figures.

The Sabbath-keeping Church of God celebrate that soon everybody will join us in celebrating God's holy days, the "Jewish holidays" in spirit and in truth, and will trash their former tinsel traditions. We are pioneers of the Wonderful World Tomorrow!

Jeremiah 16:19
O LORD, my strength and my fortress, My refuge in the day of affliction, The Gentiles shall come to You From the ends of the earth and say, "Surely our fathers have inherited lies, Worthlessness and unprofitable things."

It is sad when folks continue to fall for all the RELIGIOUS BULL Rome has dumped on the world and pretend they're worshipping Christ who hates such PAGAN ABOMINATIONS. Why remain in denial?

God is truth and despises such religious lies as Christmas and Easter. They're PAGAN to the core and God's People avoid them like the plague, happy with the biblical festivals God has given us to celebrate.

Yeshua, the King of the Jews, the King of Israel, will return and reign supreme from Jerusalem and teach the Torah, slaughtering the papal bull by the sword of the truth.

Isaiah 2:2-32
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the [Temple] mountain of the LORD’s house
Shall be established on the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills;
And all nations shall flow to it.

3 Many people shall come and say,
“Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD,
To the house of the God of Jacob;
He will teach us His ways,
And we shall walk in His paths.
”For out of Zion shall go forth the law [contrary to Christian liars, it wasn't done away],
And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem [not Rome].

Yeshua will establish the law of God as the law of the land, the law of all the Earth! That holy law reveals the seven biblical festivals of the LORD that Yeshua will faithfully teach and command all nations to observe or else -- not just the Jewish people and British-Israelites.

Yes, too many people have inherited religious lies, and have passed down traditional error from generation to generation; worthless celebrations that God hates and rejects as unclean and polluted.

It bears repeating, since our proud and stubborn peoples have thick skulls that need the truth knocked into them, driving home this biblical message: Christmas and Easter are PAGAN -- those who say otherwise are liars, dishonest with themselves and others, worshipping God in vain (Titus 1:16, 1 John 2:4).

I believe many PROFESSING Christians are actually familiar with the Scriptures that condemn futile attempts to modify pagan holidays and tailor heathen customs to serve the true God (Deut. 12:30-32, Jer. 10:2-3), but they conveniently ignore them or reject them by woeful neglect when such Scriptures step on their traditional toes and make them uncomfortable, demanding change (isn't that what true conversion is all about?), requiring them to learn to love God's truth more than their TRADITIONS (Mark 7:7).

Abominable Christians, those who have the perverted religious preference of tradition over truth, are just like every other sinner unwilling to confess and forsake their sins and seek to whitewash or justify them.

The difference is such professing Christians often pretend to be better or more righteous than those physical idolaters and immoral folks (who also refuse to repent) while they engage in spiritual idolatry (putting tradition over truth) and spiritual immorality (whoring around with other gods and foreign ways) bringing divine judgment upon our nations.

Death to America? May the servants of God, who know and believe the Bible and its principles and prophecies about blessings for national obedience and curses for national disobedience (Dan. 9:11), plea for diehard Catholics and Protestants to REPENT!

May we take the Word of God seriously and turn from the pagan holidays that God hates so much He let ancient Israel and Judah suffer destruction, defeat and deportation for such "harmless" celebrations and blind observations.

Will we insist on losing our national sovereignty too, brought to our knees to learn to see things God's way or will we repent and spare ourselves, our family and friends, from suffering the dreadful Time of Jacob's Trouble, the Great Tribulation?

1 Corinthians 10:19-21
19 What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? 20 Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. 21 You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons. [No mixing and matching of pagan error with biblical truth]

2 Corinthians 6:14-18
14 Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? [No diluting, adulterating and polluting of God's truth with pagan blends] Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said:

"I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people."

17 Therefore
"Come out from among them

And be separate, says the Lord. [Don't stay stuck in the rut of tradition, but let the plain truth set you free!]
Do not touch what is unclean,
And [then] I will receive you.

18 [on these conditions] I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the LORD Almighty."

The Passover Memorial

When did God decree that Jesus could declare "it is finished" and die on the stake? Why at the very same time that THE JEWS were sacrificing their Passover lambs at the Temple! The Jews had always killed the Passover lambs during the final hours of the 14th. It was towards the end of the 14th, not at the beginning of the 14th, that the Passover lambs were killed.

Easter is pagan

The Plain Truth About Easter
by David Ben-Ariel

Like dumb sheep to the slaughter, most of mankind continues to blindly follow pagan traditions, rather than obey God's clear commands (Mark 7:7).

Has it ever occurred to those stuffing their faces with Easter ham that Jesus would puke at the thought? Neither Jesus or Peter, James or John ever ate forbidden foods. They wouldn't feel too comfortable at plenty of people's dinner tables.

Even the early Gentile converts to Jewish Christianity respected the biblical dietary laws (Acts 15:20), understanding that not all animal flesh is good food, that not all foods are sanctioned by the Creator in the Holy Scriptures (1Timothy 4:5).

When John the Baptist recognized Jesus as our Passover sacrifice, he declared: "Behold the Lamb of God" (John 1:29). He didn't say, "Here comes the Easter Bunny!" Again, like the Easter ham, the Easter rabbit is also rejected in the Bible as an abomination (Leviticus 11:6-7).

The very name of Easter exposes itself as a heathen festival, although it's cloaked as "Christian." Easter/Ishtar/Astarte is the Babylonian spring goddess our British-Israelite forefathers foolishly worshipped. Hence the fertility symbols of rabbits and eggs.

God isn't fooled by such baptized paganism, such whitewashed heathen customs (Deuteronomy 12:30). He commands us to commemorate Jesus' death every Passover and recognize His atoning work of redemption as our resurrected High Priest in Heaven, unleavening our lives of sin (1 Corinthians 5:7-8).

The early Church of God followed Jesus' Jewish example for several hundred years until Gentile opposition (from false converts) threatened them with a death sentence if they didn't bow before Easter observances (the Quarto-Deciman controversy)!

A growing number now know, understand and believe the biblical account that we're to observe Passover and that Jesus was resurrected before sunrise Sunday, "when it was yet dark" (John 10:1).

Others prefer to reject this light of understanding to remain in their traditional darkness and die in their sins (John 3:19) -- it's that serious! Because if our nations don't repent of such idolatry and immorality we'll soon suffer national destruction, defeat and deportation! That's why this article of faith is part of our plea to diehard Catholics and Protestants to repent.

Thankfully, every generation has those chosen few who are willing to reject holidays for holy days and "earnestly contend for the faith once delivered" (Jude 3).

Hopefully, this plain truth about Easter will cause you to question your beliefs and provide some "kosher" food for thought!
